1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuNex document services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Service Description

DocuNex provides professional document services including:

• Document verification and authentication
• Legal translation services
• Notarization and apostille services
• Custom document template preparation
• Other related document services in Singapore

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for document processing
• Submit documents in acceptable formats as specified
• Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
• Comply with all Singapore laws regarding document submission
• Obtain necessary permissions for third-party documents

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payment is due upon service request unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods
• Refunds are only provided as per our Refund Policy (Section 7)
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Turnaround Times

• Standard processing times are estimates only
• Express services are available for additional fees
• Delays may occur due to third-party verification requirements
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions

6. Intellectual Property

• Original documents remain client property
• Custom templates become client property upon full payment
• DocuNex retains rights to any proprietary methodologies
• Client grants limited license to process submitted documents

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Service cancellation before work begins: 90% refund
• Service cancellation after work begins: prorated refund
• Service errors by DocuNex: 100% refund or re-service
• No refunds for completed services or third-party fees

8. Limitation of Liability

DocuNex's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Errors in client-provided information
• Third-party actions or requirements
• Use of documents beyond intended purpose

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
